We have changed around a few things to make orders move even quicker. If you want something in a hurry all you have to do is pay with credit card and select “warehouse pickup”. You will then automatically receive pickup instructions via email and your order will be ready in a couple of hours (providing everything is in stock).
If you live outside Melbourne it is good to know that by far the quickest way of getting your order is to pay with credit card. If you order before 3pm your order will be dispatched on the same day and should arrive in Sydney by the next day.
So now there is no need to wait for your brand new document scanner or large format printer.

Talking printer… give me a break
It looks like a kids radio and can complain when it is out of ink. Everyone else is really excited about it but we think it is just silly… more news from the sheep here, here, here and not here. Ok… so there are other printers in the new line up and the fix-it feature does sound quite handy though.
Everyone said it would happen eventually: cameras designed to take better images not create bigger files. The announcement of the 10MP Canon G11 with a lower resolution sensor that it’s predecessor (the Canon G10) means that it might have finally happened. Nikon probably started the ball rolling when it created the d700 with it’s incredibly low noise 12MP sensor. Now it is just up to consumers to catch on… more info at crunch gear.

A few hours ago an image of the Canon 7d digital SLR was posted on dpReview. This is following a post on Canon Rumors reporting that the camera has been added to Best Buy’s product database.

The rumoured kit version includes Canon’s relativity basic 28-135mm lens which is hardly suited to a camera costing thousands. All this speculation is putting my BS meter into overdrive!
