All items sold on Road Mogul are shipped from within Australia and are covered by a full Australian manufacturer’s warranty. They are shipped with all standard accessories and are not grey imports. We keep our costs as low as possible and pass on the savings to our customers. In fact, many of our products are the cheapest in Australia! (according, for example, to www.shopbot.com.au)
Shipping Cost
All orders are shipped via an insured courier to ensure that they arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Although courier charges are slightly higher than standard post charges, we have found that this is the best way to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every delivery.
Full order tracking is provided and our couriers will do their best to fulfil any special delivery requirements you may mention in the notes section of your order.
Shipping is based on weight and is the same to every major capital city in Australia:
- Free delivery on selected items
- Free warehouse pickups
- Smaller Items (e.g. accessories etc.): $19.50
- Larger Items (e.g. printers, projectors, etc.): $39.50
If you do not live in a capital city please ask for a quotation on shipping costs after you place your order. We do not ship orders internationally.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the transport method used. If you need an item before a certain date it is best to contact us to confirm that we will be able to deliver on time. To avoid delays please ensure someone is at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Returns
We usually accept returns without penalty as long as the item is unused (e.g. not turned on) and the packaging in new condition. We do however reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or not accept "change of mind" returns. Road Mogul will also accept returns in accordance with Victorian and Australian laws.
Repairs and Warranties
All items are covered by an Australian manufacturer’s warranty, so if a product is faulty please contact us for the location of an authorised service centre. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange transportation to and from the service centre. If an item arrives and is faulty on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa and Master Card), direct bank deposit, and cheque payments.
We use PayPal to process credit card payments but you do not need a PayPal account to order from Road Mogul. To pay using a credit card look for a heading at the bottom of the PayPal site that says "Don't have a PayPal Account?" and click Continue. Due to the cost of fraud and merchant fees, credit card purchases attract a 3% surcharge. We are really sorry for charging this surcharge, but it can be avoided by using any alternative payment method.
When you pay via direct deposit or cheque please use the Tax Invoice number (found at the top of your confirmation email) as the payment reference. If you do not quote your Tax Invoice number your order will be delayed until we can identify your payment.
Always notify us if you have paid via cheque. You will receive your order much faster if you deposit the cheque directly into our account at any Westpac branch, but posted cheques are fine also. We understand that this is the preferred method of payment for many schools and government departments and will do our best to have the funds cleared as soon as possible and the items shipped quickly.
Errors and Omissions
Road Mogul endeavours to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices. We do however reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.
