    Have a look on the product page. This will tell you how many are left. We update our stock system every 15 minutes, so it is the most reliable guide.

    Yes. All products ordered from Road Mogul are covered by an Australian manufacturer’s warranty.

    Yes. All products sold on Road Mogul are genuine Australian models. They are exactly the same as the ones at any “bricks and mortar” shop.

  4. Another shop said you are a grey importer. Is that true?
    No. Road Mogul is not a grey importer.

    By the way, grey importers source products from other countries and as a result forfeit local warranties. All Road Mogul's products are sourced from Australia and come with full manufacturer's warranties.

  6. What happens if my product is dead on arrival (DOA)?
    We will replace it quickly within the manufacturer’s guidelines. Always let us know as soon as you are experiencing problems. Unless you live in a remote part of the country or the item is particularly large, we will pay for the return shipping.

  7. Can I pick up my order and save on shipping?
    Yes, pickups are available from our supplier's Collingwood (Vic) warehouse. However, you need to order first and select "Warehouse Pickup" as your shipping method. When your payment has cleared we will send you collection instructions and the address of the warehouse. Same day pickups are available on credit card orders. You just need to allow an hour or two for your order to be picked by the warehouse so it is best to order before 3pm. Pickups for direct deposit orders almost always occur the following business day after payment is processed. Pickup hours are between 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday.

  8. I need an invoice before I can pay for an order. Can you arrange this for me?
    Yes. If you place an order and select “direct deposit” as the payment method you will receive a Tax Invoice automatically via email. If you are unable to arrange payment we will cancel your order free of charge.
